Good morning! I just got home and am getting ready for my first bbq/pool party of the weekend. I’ve come to the conclusion that Memorial Day weekend should also be known as “pool party” weekend. It’s absurd how many invites I’ve received for that specific type of party during this long weekend. I swear, I’m going to have chlorine poising by Tuesday. Anyway, I had a really fun day yesterday. After school my best friend Lauren and I went to Melrose for some shopping. A couple months ago I found this ADORABLE boutique that was just starting out and literally every time I go to Melrose now, I stop by and get at least two things. Yesterday I ended up getting a white, loose blouse with a zipper pocket, a floral dress (summer dresses YAY!), and a stripped t-shirt that fits amazingly well. Lauren got a jumper from Urban and some other cute things. We brought Lauren’s little dog Bowie and walked her around with us. We ended up on Larchmont, like always, got some jamba juice, hung out a bit, and then went back to Lauren’s. It was a great time. Then I went to Shaun’s house and we eventually went to Westwood and then later some kids came over to Shaun’s and we watched movies and stayed up WAY TO LATE. Well I should run, I’m already late to meet Lauren to go to this bbq thing. How are all of you? Any memorial weekend plans? Feel free to leave me questions, comments, or just say hi!
