Such a lovely day.
Hello everyone! I had such a wonderful day today, life really is going quite perfectly right now. I’m so unbelievably happy with every aspect of my life. Anyway, today basically consisted of Shaun, coffee, Franklin Canyon, and my house. When I woke up this morning and I saw the rainy, overcast weather, I knew today was going to be a great day. I know that is opposite for most people, they see the rain and think the day is ruined, but I enjoy the rain. I think it is serene, and different from the normal 70 and sunny we see in L.A. It brings different moods and emotions, and I think rain brings a whole new level of ease to the day. So as I was saying, when I woke up and looked outside this morning, I was really pleased to see raindrops on the flowers outside my window. Shaun picked me up from school and we went to get coffee and lunch, and then headed to one of the most tranquil, inspirational places I’ve ever found in Los Angeles, Franklin Canyon. Even before Shaun and I were dating it was kind of our thing to go to Franklin Canyon when it was raining, because like me he finds rain amazing too. It was really beautiful and such a nice, relaxing break from my hectic week. Afterwards Shaun and I went back to my house and he just left. I love perfect, happy days like these.
